A resolution to endorse Oregon HB.3259, a bill to Protect the Oregon Constitution

The Benton County Democratic Central Committee resolves that:

1. Benton County Democrats endorse Oregon HB.3259;

2. Benton County Democrats call on Senator Morse and representatives Wirth, Boquist, and Olsen to support HB.3259;

3. Benton County Democrats call on Democratic Party organizations in other Oregon Counties to likewise endorse HB.3259, and to urge Oregon's legislators to support HB.3259;

4. Benton County Democrats call on the state central committee of the Democratic Party of Oregon likewise to endorse HB.3259, and to urge Oregon's legislators and statewide elected officials to support HB.3259.
