The Platform & Resolutions Committee will help the party shape its actions and message by developing a series of resolutions. These resolutions will frame where we, as a party, stand on various issues; they will also provide guidance on where we place our priorities for activism and lobbying. Visitors are welcome to attend committee meetings and present an issue of concern.

LAI: Enact legislation to establish publicly-funded campaigns at all levels
Plank: Public Safety, Justice, and Civil Liberties
LAI: Provide additional and improved facilities and programs for individuals experiencing mental health illness to reduce law enforcement contacts and incarceration as an alternative treatment.
LAI: Allocate significant additional funds to the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training for enhanced and extended training for all rank levels and in all disciplines (corrections, parole & probation, and law enforcement.)
Plank: Forest, Field, Range, & Fisheries
LAI: Encourage and continue to support organic and sustainable farming by providing assistance with, but not limited to, research, product development, certification, and marketing.
Plank: Shelter, Food, and a Living Wage
LAI: Support the renewal of a consistent general fund revenue stream for higher education.
